Once a California Gal, now a full fledged Northwest Country Gal. I enjoy gardening,antiquing, spending time with my Husband AKA "Cookman". He is such a good cook. Thank goodness. I would much rather be out digging in the yard and planting roses. He is my Hero and best friend. Just being able to take walks with him is very special to me. I have been cancer free for 7.5 years. It wonderful to be able to spend time together. Go for walks, going to movies, or hanging out at Wiggett's Antique Marketplace, in Coeur d' Alene, ID. Our home away from home. We love the owner's, dealers, and customers. Retirement is a good thing.

Located in Wiggett's Antique Marketplace, in the charming little town of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. One block from the Resort and beautiful Lake Cour d' Alene. The shop has been voted BEST Antique Store in North Idaho the last 2 years.

I thank God for being able to live here. Everytime I drive down town to go to the shop. It is so beautiful. It reminds me of a small town you might see in a movie. In the summer, all the old fashion lamp post are decorated with huge hanging flower baskets. Beautiful roses from my beautiful Sister/Friend


My very best friend was so sweet to take a a photo of some of her roses. I'm so jealous, she is able to pick roses in Oct. We love roses and we both love Victoria Bliss

Starting to think about what roses to add to the Yard

Great Place to buy Roses My mind is on roses this morning.I found the most wonderful place for roses. Northland Rosarium, located in Spokane, WA. They grow the roses on their own root. The year before I lost 17 roses,. Silly me. It's that California Gal thing. Now I know better.One of my customers at Wiggett's told me about Northland Rosarium. www.northlandrosarium.com. If you love roses and live in Idaho or Washington, this is a must see. They are so helpful! If you go, tell them Jewell sent you. I would love to know what rose (s) you buy so we can share notes. Have fun!
