Idaho Country Kitty
This is our kitty girl. Her name was Princess when we adopted her. We call her just about everything else. Mostly Baby-girl. We rescued her about 3.5 years ago from the shelter. We like to spoil her. Just hope being on the internet doesn't give her a big head. If I could, I would have about 4 more. I love them all.

Merry Christmas
I love wishing you a Merry Christmas because it is my way of recognizing that Christ is the reason for this season. Such a wondrous miracle. In addition we get a chance to get together with friends and family, make homemade goodies and even pull out some of our vintage decorations too.
Son In Law Mike and Daughter Debbie.
Debbie and Mike at Christmas party last night. Debbie is wearing a vintage hat from Aunt Bessie. The hat is from the 1950's. I'm so glad she can use something so special to me.

Christmas time at Wiggett's Antique Marketplace
I love this time of year. I have been decorating all four spaces at the shop. I have to say, I'm like a kid in the candy store. Pulling out Christmas ornaments and decorations that I had forgot about. I love to keep changing things, as I find other goodies to bring in.I wish you all a Blessed Christmas.
Custer's Fall Antique Show
These folks from Jim Custer's Enterprises have been doing shows for the past 35 years. They really have it down and are terrific to work with. The show has a good blend of country, cottage, folk art, garden, glassware and toys.
Farm Chicks Show 2009
All I can say is this show is so much fun to do. It is wonderful that it is a two day show. Things sell very fast the first day. Many of the dealers restock for Sun with fresh merchandise. It makes it worth while for those customers traveling from other areas such as Calif,
Oregon, Colorado, Montana and even Canada. The customers come back on Sun to either buy more or pick up items sold the first day! Hope to see you there in June 2010.
When you are finished shopping the show, come by to see Wiggett's Marketplace in Coeur d' Alene, ID.
The Vintage Barn Show
As always, we had a great time doing the Vintage Barn Show this Summer and Fall. Dean and Rolane are wonderful to their dealers/vendors. The setting is absolutely the best! 10 acres with a 1915 Farm house and a beautiful vintage barn. Good crowds, good prices, lots of buying activity, great Bluegrass music and yummy homemade goodies for sale made by the local Mennonites.

Shopping for Girlfriends
Hi girlfriends,
I recently went junking and found the greatest picnic table with benches. It had just the right amount of old blue paint on it. As hard as I tried, it was not going to fit in any of my spaces at Wiggett's Antique Marketplace.
I could not let this one go by without calling my friend Rolane to tell her about the picnic table I found. Rolane hosts a fun show on her farm twice a year, in the summer and and fall. It's called "The Vintage Barn". I could just visualize the table with its old weather blue paint added with some of her other wonderful vintage garden seating, for Vendors and customers to sit and enjoy the Bluegrass music and snack on some homemade goodies made by the Amish Gals.
I'm so glad Rolane was able to buy the set. For more information about the show you can contact Rolane@BarnBarnBaby.com
Keep junking!

Mother's Day Weekend
Well I have had the best Mother's Day! My daughter, Debbie surprised me with a pop-by visit. As I was packing the car to take a load of merchandise to the shop, I heard a voice say, "What are you doing?" After screaming and crying from shock and surprise, I gave her a big hug and kiss.
We have had a great girly weekend. It is like good friends spending special time together. Started with a terrific lunch at a little Bistro in Coeur d'Alene.... soooo good. Then off to shopping and a drive around the lake, not forgetting to stop by Wiggett's Antique Marketplace to see the shop and say hello.
The very best gift I could of ever imagine, not only did she help me with kicking off my blog, she set up my website www.FoxgloveAntiques.vpweb.com Check it out!
